While this event was hosted at the church located in Bujumbura City, it was independently organized by our team. Through the distribution of school supplies and community encouragement, we helped students begin the academic year equipped, confident, and ready to learn.

Through our partnership with Africa Youth New Generation, our Back-to-School program reached new locations this year, giving children and families in need encouragement and necessary school supplies. We are assisting students in beginning the school year with confidence, readiness, and success by removing obstacles to education. We keep expanding our reach with the help of our partners and funders, making sure that more kids have the resources they require to succeed in school and beyond. Community Outreach – July 2022 Visit to Residential Facility In July, our team, in partnership with Africa Youth New Generation, visited a residential facility serving individuals who are blind. During our visit, we assisted with cleaning rooms, provided meals, and spent meaningful time in conversation and encouragement. We reminded each resident that they are valued, respected, and an important part of our community. Through simple acts of service and connection, we aimed to share dignity, compassion, and hope.
